Andy DiBlasi is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Columbus, Ohio. In this role, he is responsible for the marketing and sale of multifamily assets throughout the Midwest, with an emphasis on Ohio. Throughout his career, he has sold or been intricately involved in the development of more than $3.6 billion in multifamily real estate.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, DiBlasi served as investment division sales manager at Donald R. Kenney and Company, where he oversaw the firm’s full-service investment sales brokerage, consistently ranked as the top multifamily brokerage in Central Ohio. Earlier in his career, he began as a commercial real estate agent in Atlanta before working with multifamily development firms in Atlanta and Tampa, overseeing land acquisition, pre-development, and project capitalization for more than $700 million in development across the Carolinas, Florida, and Texas over seven years.

DiBlasi earned a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University. He is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Building Industry Association, and NAIOP. He also volunteers with the Ohio State University real estate graduate program, participating in industry case studies and panels.
