Andy Ohlson is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Hartland, Wisconsin. In this role, Ohlson is responsible for sourcing and structuring financing solutions across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ohlson served as a portfolio manager at Associated Bank, where he underwrote and managed a portfolio of commercial loans for Wisconsin-based corporations. Earlier in his career, he held roles at BMO Harris Bank in commercial banking, special assets, risk management, internal audit, and regulatory compliance.

Ohlson earned bachelor’s degrees in finance and economics from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. He is a member of the Adult Congenital Heart Association Patient and Family Advisory Board and served as a volunteer mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee for more than 8 years.
