Anna Hugg Krieger is a senior director of multifamily finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Dallas. In her role, she is responsible for originating new financings across all asset classes, with a focus on multifamily. Mrs. Krieger has nearly 10 years of experience in commercial real estate finance.

Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mrs. Krieger was a vice president at Wells Fargo in Dallas, managing institutional investor, developer, private equity, and REIT relationships with $1.5 billion to $3 billion in nationwide commercial real estate credit exposure. She has extensive experience in underwriting, origination, portfolio management and structuring across multifamily, office, retail, industrial, condo, build-to-rent, hotel, and student housing assets, with exposure to agency, life company, CMBS and other alternative lending sources. Throughout her career, she has underwritten more than $10 billion in commitments, including construction, bridge, term, credit facility and syndicated loans.

Mrs. Krieger earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
