Austin Sneed is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Charleston, South Carolina. In this role, Sneed is responsible for structuring and closing debt financing for the acquisition, refinance, repositioning, and construction of commercial real estate assets.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Sneed served as an analyst at Medalist Capital, where he assisted in the origination, structuring, and underwriting of more than $500 million in capital markets transactions.

Sneed earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, with an emphasis in financial services, from Clemson University. He serves on the South Carolina Advisory Board of Entryway, a national nonprofit organization that provides housing, employment, and career training opportunities to individuals facing situational homelessness.
