Blair Holden is a director of Affordable Housing | Equity at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing and structuring Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity investment opportunities and acquisitions across multiple states in the Southeast and Southwest. He has more than 20 years of experience in financing, underwriting, and portfolio management across affordable and market-rate commercial real estate.

Prior to his current role, Holden served at Alliant Capital, which was later acquired by Walker & Dunlop, where he focused on Low-Income Housing Tax Credit equity originations and acquisitions. Before that, he served as a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit debt originator at a large regional bank, focusing on transactions throughout the Southeast. Earlier in his career, he held lending, underwriting, and portfolio management roles at local, regional, and national banking institutions.

Holden earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate from the University of Georgia. He is a member of the Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition, Louisiana Association of Affordable Housing Providers, Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers,  and serves on the City of Decatur Affordable Housing Task Force.
