Bob Rice
Director
Bob Rice is a director of Affordable Equity Investor Relations at Walker & Dunlop, based in Chicago. In his role, he is responsible for managing proprietary capital for Community Reinvestment Act-motivated investors. Mr. Rice has over 22 years of commercial real estate experience.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, he worked as a senior vice president for The Community Development Trust, a social services company that provides long-term capital to support the creation and preservation of high-quality affordable housing.
Mr. Rice earned his bachelor’s degree in urban studies and affairs from DePaul University and his master’s degree in city/urban, community, and regional planning from the University of Illinois Chicago.
