Bob Watson is senior vice president of servicing at Walker & Dunlop, based in Ohio. In this role, he oversees a loan servicing team and manages the treasury, investor reporting, transaction processing and account reconciliation teams within the loan servicing department. Mr. Watson has over 20 years of extensive experience in the commercial loan servicing environment and possesses strong knowledge of servicing and investor reporting requirements, treasury cash movement functions, and bank account reconciliations.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Watson was a vice president and assistant vice president on the same team, where he led the group responsible for investor reporting for a large agency, FHA and life company loan servicing portfolio. In these roles, he specifically focused on monthly principal and interest reporting and remittance, loan payoff remittance, and escrow account reconciliation. Mr. Watson began his career as a servicing manager at Great Lakes Financial Group LP.

Mr. Watson earned his bachelor's degree from John Carroll University and a master's degree in business administration, specializing in finance and real estate, from Cleveland State University.
