Brad Boston

Brad Boston is a director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, he advises clients on multifamily and land investment sales, as well as equity capital raises, throughout Tennessee and surrounding markets. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than $1.3 billion in transaction volume, including more than $900 million since joining Walker & Dunlop in 2020.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Boston served as a senior associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Group, where he helped build their Nashville multifamily advisory group and investment sales platform across Tennessee.

Boston earned a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and a master’s degree in business administration from Belmont University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and Alabama and a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 listed mediator. He has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for four consecutive years and his team earned NAIOP Nashville’s Capital Markets Team of the Year honors in 2022, 2023, and 2025.
