Brandon Scott is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of land and multifamily investment sales transactions as part of the firm’s land investment sales team. He has experience across land, multifamily, office, and industrial assets, with a strong background in market research, financial analysis, underwriting, and transaction execution.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Scott worked at Newmark, where he supported brokerage teams through market research and data analysis, including aggregating and interpreting market data and supporting transaction execution. Before that, he served as a research associate at CoStar Group, where he cultivated and analyzed multifamily property data by working with real estate professionals across the industry to assess market conditions.

Scott earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Georgia.
