Brendan Coleman — one of the premier multifamily and credit facility originators in the country — and his team of five structured finance experts have a collective 60 years' experience. Since joining Walker & Dunlop Multifamily Finance production group in 2007, Mr. Coleman’s team has originated more than 800 transactions totaling over $21 billion dollars in financing.

Mr. Coleman holds a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Virginia as well as a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland.

Beyond the company, Mr. Coleman is actively involved in the National Multi Housing Council (NMHC) and is on the Board of Directors at Fair Chance, a non-profit committed to combating homelessness and poverty in the Nation’s Capital. Mr. Coleman and his wife Tara have four children and live in Washington, D.C.
