Brett Kingman is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales, with a concentration in the Southeast region. He has 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including more than 15 years focused on multifamily investment sales, and has been involved in more than $9 billion in sale transactions throughout his career.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Kingman served as executive vice president of CBRE’s multifamily investment sales group in Nashville, where he handled the exclusive listing and sale of multifamily properties across Tennessee and the mid-South region.

Kingman earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker every year since 2009 and, along with his business partner Russ Oldham, has received multiple NAIOP Brokerage Team of the Year and Multifamily Sale of the Year awards.
