Brett McGuire

Brett McGuire is a managing director of GSE Production at Walker & Dunlop, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, he is responsible for nationwide loan origination and specializes in the origination of multifamily loans through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and Walker & Dunlop’s proprietary bridge loan execution. Since joining the loan origination group, he has been involved in over $1B of structured financings.

Prior to his current position, he was responsible for underwriting over $800M in conventional and structured loan facility transactions in the Multifamily Finance underwriting department at Walker & Dunlop. Before that, he was a loan officer at Wachovia Bank.

Mr. McGuire earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wake Forest University. He has held the CCIM designation since 2007.
