Brian Eisner is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, Eisner is responsible for nationwide loan origination and structures construction, bridge, and short- and long-term permanent financing across multiple capital sources including correspondent life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Wall Street conduits, banks, credit companies, mezzanine lenders, and private capital providers.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Eisner served at George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company, where he originated, structured, and closed more than $2 billion in commercial real estate loans secured by office, retail, industrial, multifamily, mobile home park, self-storage, and hospitality properties nationwide. Earlier in his career, he worked for a Southern California-based residential real estate developer, where he oversaw construction financing for multiple tract housing developments.

Eisner earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
