Brian Eisner is a managing director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, he is responsible for nationwide loan origination. Mr. Eisner has placed and closed construction, bridge, and short- and long-term permanent loans with various lenders including correspondent life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Wall Street conduits, banks, credit companies, mezzanine, and private sources.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he served at George Elkins Mortgage Banking Company, where he originated, structured, and closed over $2 billion of commercial real estate loans secured by office, retail, industrial, multifamily, mobile home park, self-storage, and hospitality properties located throughout the country. Before that, he worked for a Southern California based residential real estate developer, where he oversaw the construction financing of various tract housing developments.

Mr. Eisner earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California at Berkley.
