Brian Goldberg
Executive Vice President, Credit, Affordable Equity
Brian Goldberg is the Executive Vice President of Credit, Affordable Equity at Alliant Capital, a Walker & Dunlop Company. Mr. Goldberg began his employment with Alliant Capital in 1998, where he was initially responsible for overseeing the financial affairs of the Company and its affiliates. In January 2010, he was promoted to President of the Company.
Prior to Alliant Capital, Mr. Goldberg worked as the Chief Financial Officer of a large real estate investment company that developed and managed residential and commercial real estate throughout the United States. Before that, he worked for Arthur Andersen in the Enterprise Group.
Mr. Goldberg received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Denver. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
