Brian Goldberg is an executive vice president of Affordable Housing | Equity at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Nevada. In this role, Goldberg oversees credit and financial operations for the firm’s affordable equity platform and is responsible for managing underwriting standards and investment performance across low-income housing tax credit investments.

Prior to his current role, Goldberg served at Alliant Capital, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop in 2021, where he played a key role in the firm’s growth and financial management after joining the company in 1998. Before that, he served as chief financial officer of a real estate investment company, where he oversaw financial operations for residential and commercial development and management activities nationwide. Earlier in his career, he worked at Arthur Andersen in the enterprise group.

Goldberg earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Denver. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
