Brien Martin
Associate Director, Capital Markets
Brien Martin is an associate director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In his role, he is responsible for originating loans nationwide. Mr. Martin has been involved in numerous financing structures including permanent, construction, and bridge placements.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Martin started at Walker & Dunlop as a Capital Markets analyst, where he was responsible for supporting loan origination.
Mr. Martin earned his degree in real estate, MHR management and entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Beyond the company, Mr. Martin is a member of the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP) and Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association (WREAA). Outside of work, Brien enjoys spending time with family, boating, and playing hockey.
