Bruce Daubner is the national quality and compliance lead at Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, based in Florida. In his role, he is responsible for ensuring appraisals meet regulatory, industry and client standards with focus on adherence to USPAP, FIRREA and agency guidelines. Mr. Daubner has more than three decades of experience in real estate valuation, specializing in hospitality and multifamily properties.

Prior to joining Apprise in 2021, Mr. Daubner was a senior managing director and director of valuation within the Valuation & Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield. He has also served as president of Seebus Valuation Ltd and was a senior managing director for Integra Realty Resources.

Mr. Daubner earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate from Duquesne University. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in 20 states and holds MAI and AI-GRS designations from the Appraisal Institute. He is also a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and an accredited senior appraiser (ASA) with the American Society of Appraisers.
