Bryan Frazier

Bryan Frazier is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Irvine, California. In this role, Frazier is responsible for the growth and development of the firm’s West Coast lending platform and oversees the structuring, origination, underwriting, closing, and deal management of Agency financing. His extensive experience in debt structuring and negotiation provides significant value to West Coast multifamily owners.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Frazier served as managing director at CWCapital, where he led the growth and development of the Agency lending platform on the West Coast. Previously, he co-founded Sierra Capital Partners, a California-based mortgage banking company specializing in Agency market-rate and tax-exempt financing of apartment properties, where he shared responsibility for relationship management and mortgage lending activities. Before that, he served as president of Berkshire Mortgage Finance’s West Coast division, overseeing origination, underwriting, closing, and legal functions, with shared responsibility for asset management.

Frazier earned a bachelor’s degree from Stanford University. He serves on the board of directors of the National Multifamily Housing Council and is a member of the Urban Land Institute. He previously served on the Freddie Mac Program Plus Advisory Council and the Fannie Mae DUS Advisory Council.
