Bryan Ramirez

Bryan Ramirez is an associate director of Affordable Housing | Debt at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, he is responsible for nationwide government-sponsored enterprise originations across conventional and affordable housing product lines, as well as FHA financing and bridge lending. He has more than 10 years of affordable housing finance experience, including nine years in banking.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ramirez worked in acquisitions at BLDG Partners, where he evaluated and executed real estate investment opportunities. Before that, he was a member of Wells Fargo’s Multifamily Capital team within its Corporate and Investment Banking division, where he focused on multifamily debt financing through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and balance sheet lending.

Ramirez earned a bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, and law from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Outside of Walker & Dunlop, he is active in his community and has served as a volunteer mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters and Latinos in Finance.
