Caitlin Crowe is a senior director and head of proprietary funds for affordable equity at Walker & Dunlop, based in Massachusetts. In this role, she is responsible for growing the company’s proprietary fund platform and managing key investor relationships. Ms. Crowe has more than 20 years of experience in affordable housing investor relations, with a focus on equity sales, acquisitions, portfolio management, and asset management.

Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Crowe was a director at Wells Fargo. She previously served as vice president at Boston Capital Corp. and Boston Financial Investment Management.

Ms. Crowe earned her bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.
