Caitlin Crowe is a managing director of Affordable Housing | Equity at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Massachusetts. In this role, Crowe leads the firm’s proprietary affordable equity fund platform and is responsible for growing fund offerings and managing key investor relationships. She has more than 25 years of experience in affordable housing investor relations, including equity sales, acquisitions, portfolio management, and asset management.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Crowe served as a director at Wells Fargo, where she managed investor relationships and affordable housing investment strategies. Before that, she served as a vice president at Boston Capital Corporation, and as a vice president at Boston Financial Investment Management, where she focused on equity investor relations and portfolio management.

Crowe earned a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.
