Cecilia O’Neal is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, she is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raises for multifamily properties throughout Tennessee, with a focus on the Nashville metropolitan statistical area. She has been a member of the Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales team since September 2020.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, O’Neal was a financial analyst at Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily Advisory Group, where she was responsible for underwriting and preparing marketing materials. Earlier in her career, she served as a project coordinator at Land Management Group, Inc., focusing on entitlements for single-family residential development sites.

O’Neal earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She is a licensed real estate professional in Tennessee.
