Chris Chadbourne
Managing Director
Chris Chadbourne is a managing director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Orlando, Florida. In his role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raised for multifamily assets, with a focus on Central and Southwest Florida.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop in 2015, Mr. Chadbourne served as a vice president at Benchmark Real Estate Advisors, as well as an associate at both Rockwood Real Estate Advisors and Lincoln Property Company. In these capacities, Mr. Chadbourne was directly involved in the marketing, underwriting, due diligence, and market assessment of real estate assets for investment sales, equity origination, recapitalization, and advisory assignments.
Mr. Chadbourne earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Florida and his master’s degree in business administration from Rollins College.
