Chris Wilz is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In this role, Wilz is responsible for originating loans nationwide and focuses on placing permanent financing for income-producing properties including multifamily, office, industrial, and retail assets. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has structured numerous permanent, construction, and bridge financings.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Wilz served as a vice president at Bank of the West. Earlier in his career, he was a vice president and relationship manager at U.S. Bank.
Wilz earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he studied banking, corporate finance, and securities law.
