Chris Epp is a managing director of Capital Markets | Multifamily Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Austin, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily and housing property sales nationwide, specializing in student housing. He has more than 20 years of real estate brokerage experience and has participated in more than $10 billion in real estate transactions. He and his team provide advisory services including asset disposition, valuation, market research, and capital markets execution.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Epp co-founded FourPoint Investment Sales Partners, which was later acquired by Walker & Dunlop, where he specialized in multifamily and student housing investment sales. Before that, he built his career at a nationally recognized brokerage firm, where he developed extensive experience in commercial real estate investment sales.

Epp earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
