Christopher Westcott is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, he specializes in the origination and execution of multifamily investment sales across Arizona. He brings more than 25 years of multifamily experience and has been involved in more than $2.5 billion in multifamily transactions totaling approximately 16,000 units.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Westcott held leadership roles at institutional investment firms including Black Creek/Ares and The Wolff Company, as well as private capital groups Friedkin Realty Group and Jackson Square Properties. Across these platforms, he focused on property management, asset management, and acquisitions.

Westcott attended The George Washington University. He is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council and the Urban Land Institute and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona and California.
