Colin Coleman is a managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, Coleman is responsible for new loan origination, specializing in conventional multifamily, student housing, manufactured housing, and structured transactions through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Throughout his career, he has participated in the origination of more than $12 billion in loan production.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Coleman founded and served as managing director of an e-commerce business, where he managed the full supply chain of product lines from sourcing and distribution to website development, purchasing, production, strategy, marketing, and sales.

Coleman earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a focus in finance and marketing, from Marymount University, graduating summa cum laude. He was also a member of the university’s golf team.
