Colin Coleman is a Managing Director on the Multifamily Finance team. In his role, he is responsible for new loan origination,specializing in conventional multifamily, student and manufactured housing, andstructured transactions through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Since joining thecompany in 2015, Mr. Coleman has participated in the origination ofover $10 billion in loan production. Mr. Coleman is based out ofWalker & Dunlop’s headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Coleman was thefounder and managing director for an innovative e-commerce business in whichhis responsibilities included the management of an entire supply chain ofproduct lines from sourcing to distribution, website development, purchasinggoods, production, strategy, marketing, and sales.

Mr. Coleman graduated summa cum laude from MarymountUniversity with a Bachelor of Business Administration focusing on finance andmarketing. In addition, he was a member of Marymount’s golf team.

Mr. Coleman resides in Washington, D.C.
