Connor Buckles, MAI is a senior director on the Apprise team at Walker & Dunlop, based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. In his role, he is responsible for valuing and analyzing all asset types throughout the region.  

Prior to his current role at Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Buckles was a commercial real estate appraiser at Capital Appraisal Group where he was responsible for valuing a wide range of property types including, but not limited to, multifamily, mixed use, retail, warehouse, and summer camps.

Mr. Buckles earned his bachelor’s degree in business marketing from SUNY New Paltz. He earned his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in May 2024.
