Connor Johnson is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, he is responsible for nationwide multifamily loan originations, specializing in conventional multifamily, manufactured housing, and structured loans through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and the firm’s proprietary bridge lending program. Throughout his career, he has participated in the origination of more than $5 billion in loan volume.
Prior to his current role, Johnson served as an asset manager at Walker & Dunlop, where he managed financial analysis, site inspections, and post-closing reviews for the firm’s GSE servicing portfolio.
Johnson earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accountancy from The George Washington University.
