Cooper Gage is an associate of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners | Equity at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for analyzing potential investments, structuring transactions, conducting financial modeling, overseeing due diligence, and evaluating property and portfolio valuations.

Prior to his current role, Gage served as a senior analyst on the firm’s equity platform and began his career at Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners as an intern. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, he was a summer analyst at Hunt Real Estate Capital, where he assisted originators with Agency and proprietary loan production.

Gage earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder.
