Corey Cooper
Senior Vice President, Head of Servicing
Corey Cooper is senior vice president and head of servicing at Walker & Dunlop, based in Needham, Massachusetts. In her role, she leads a team of 18 and oversees all aspects of loan servicing and asset management for a portfolio of more than $10 billion across 1,000+ loans. With over 20 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking, she has extensive knowledge of FHA multifamily and healthcare programs.
Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Cooper served as managing director of multifamily capital markets at Newmark, where she led production operations. She also held the role of vice president at Draper & Kramer, specializing in FHA-insured transactions nationwide. Additionally, she was senior vice president at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., where she managed closing, construction loan servicing, and HUD correspondent lending. Ms. Cooper began her career as associate counsel at Talbott & Associates, working with HUD lenders across the U.S.
Ms. Cooper earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Queen Mary University of London and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from William & Mary Law School. She is licensed to practice law in New York.
