Cory Wizenberg is a director of Capital Markets Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop, based in Los Angeles. In this role, he is responsible for originating and structuring loans across the United States, with extensive experience in agency, debt fund, life company, CMBS and bank loans. Since 2022, Wizenberg has been involved in placing more than $2.5 billion in loan volume from a range of capital sources, representing clients from high-net-worth private investors to institutional equity funds.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Wizenberg was a senior associate at CBRE, where he was part of a top-producing multifamily debt and structured finance team. He contributed to about $3 billion in loan placements annually and directly executed roughly $750 million each year.

Wizenberg earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California. Outside of work, he is an avid scuba diver and snowboarder.
