Cory Wizenberg is a senior director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, Wizenberg is responsible for originating and structuring loans nationwide, with experience across Agency, debt fund, life company, CMBS, and bank executions. Since 2022, he has been involved in placing more than $2.5 billion in loan volume from a range of capital sources, representing clients from high-net-worth private investors to institutional equity funds.

Prior to joining  Walker & Dunlop, Wizenberg served as a senior associate at CBRE, where he was part of a top-producing multifamily debt and structured finance team. He contributed to approximately $3 billion in annual loan placements and directly executed roughly $750 million each year.

Wizenberg earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. Outside of Walker & Dunlop, he is an avid scuba diver and snowboarder.
