Craig Miller is a senior director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Austin, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raises for purpose-built student housing assets and developments across the United States.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Miller served as a director at FourPoint Investment Sales Partners, focusing on nationwide student housing investment sales, structuring debt and equity, investor relations, investment analysis, pricing and marketing strategy, and client advisory throughout the disposition process.

Miller earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Texas.
