Craig Miller is a senior director of investment sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Austin, Texas. In this role, he structures equity and debt for purpose-built student housing and multifamily developments, as well as existing assets, while also sourcing capital and advising clients on student housing real estate investments.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he served as director at FourPoint Investment Sales Partners, where he was responsible for structuring debt and equity, investor relations, investment analysis, pricing and marketing strategy, and actively engaging with clients throughout the entirety of the disposition process. Before that, he conducted financial analysis and valuation of student housing and student-focused assets, having valuing over $10 billion worth of asses in his tenure.

Mr. Miller earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his master’s degree in business administration from St. Edward’s University. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas.
