Dan Groman
Interim General Counsel, Secretary & Chief Compliance Officer
Dan Groman has served as Walker & Dunlop’s interim general counsel, secretary & chief compliance officer since May 2024. Prior to this role, he was senior vice president, deputy general counsel, and assistant secretary since 2012, having joined the company as associate general counsel and assistant secretary in November 2011.
Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Groman served as associate general counsel and an assistant corporate secretary at Freddie Mac and practiced as an attorney at Arnold & Porter LLP.
Mr. Groman earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.
