Dane Wilson is a managing director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, he represents institutional and private clients nationwide, specializing in the valuation and disposition of multifamily properties. He oversees team strategy, new business development, deal execution, and underwriting, and focuses on aligning investors with targeted opportunities. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the sale of more than $6.4 billion in multifamily assets throughout the central Midwest.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Wilson served as a senior vice president at CBRE, where he focused exclusively on the sale of multifamily properties.

Wilson earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from DePauw University in Indiana.
