Daniel Candler is a director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he is responsible for strategically prospecting new opportunities and supporting senior brokers through research, analysis, organization, and marketing initiatives. He works on both buyer and seller representation assignments, with a focus on future residential, multifamily, industrial, and commercial land opportunities.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Candler served at Avalon Real Estate Partners, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop in 2022. Earlier in his career, he was an analyst and site inspection manager at Birdsey Group, where he was responsible for CMBS third-party due diligence.

Candler earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate salesperson in Georgia. He is a member of the Touchdown Club of Atlanta and resides in Georgia.
