Daniel Candler is a director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, he is responsible for strategically prospecting new opportunities and supporting the senior brokers by performing research, analytical, organizational, and marketing duties. In addition to supporting the senior brokers, Mr. Candler works on both the buyer and seller representation sides of the business, focusing on future residential, multifamily, industrial and commercial land.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he served at Avalon Real Estate Partners, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop in 2022. Before that, he was an analyst and site inspection manager at Birdsey Group, responsible for CMBS third party due diligence.

Mr. Candler earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of Georgia and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Georgia. Additionally, he is a member of the Touchdown Club of Atlanta. Outside of work Mr. Candler enjoys golf, college sports as well as aviation.
