Daniel Diaz is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. In this role, he is responsible for the sale, disposition, and marketing of seniors housing properties nationwide, including age-restricted, assisted living, independent living, skilled nursing, and continuing care communities.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Diaz served as a senior acquisition associate at Inspired Healthcare Capital, focusing on seniors housing investments.
