Daniel Falkenberg is an associate director of Capital Markets | Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise assignments for multifamily assets throughout the Midwest.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Falkenberg served as a financial analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, where he was responsible for the underwriting and valuation of Midwestern multifamily assets. Earlier in his career, he was a financial analyst at ARA, A Newmark Company.

Falkenberg earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Notre Dame.
