Dave Hendrickson is a senior managing director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, Hendrickson is responsible for securing financing for owners and developers across all commercial real estate asset classes nationwide. He has more than 42 years of real estate experience structuring equity, mezzanine, and debt financing for major property types including office, multifamily, retail, industrial, healthcare, and condominium assets, and has closed more than $20 billion in debt, equity, acquisition, and investment sales transactions across more than 30 states.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Hendrickson served as a managing director within the Midwest Real Estate Investment Banking Group at JLL, where he oversaw the Chicago debt capital markets group. Earlier in his career, he served as a director at CBRE and as chief operating officer and executive vice president of PM Realty Group Investment Services, LLC. He was regularly ranked among JLL’s top producers and was the #1 JLL Real Estate Investment Banking Producer in 2014.

Hendrickson earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Iowa State University.
