David Isaacs is a senior director for Apprise at Walker & Dunlop, based in Columbus, Ohio, holding over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation. His valuations have included a myriad of property types, such as industrial, office, retail, and mixed-use developments.

Prior to joining Apprise, he served as a director within the Valuation & Advisory Group at Cushman & Wakefield. Before that, Mr. Isaacs was vice president at Seebus Valuation Ltd., a full-service real estate valuation and consulting firm.

Mr. Isaacs earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Ohio State University. He is a certified general real estate appraiser in Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Ohio, and West Virginia, and has been recognized by the Appraisal Institute as a designated member (MAI).
