Debbie Casale is an executive vice president of GSE Closing at Walker & Dunlop, based in Bethesda, Maryland. In this role, she is responsible for delivery of the loans to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae securities, backed by the FHA insured loans closed by the Company’s HUD group.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, she worked in the warehouse lending business for 25 years with responsibilities including credit underwriting and approval of warehouse lending borrowers.

Mrs. Casale earned her bachelor’s degree from Shippensburg University and her master’s degree in business administration from Temple University. In addition, she is a certified mortgage banker.
