Debe Storts
Senior Director, Capital Markets
Debe Storts is a senior director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Hartland, Wisconsin. In her role, she is responsible for placing capital nationwide for income-producing properties, including apartments, student housing, industrial, retail, hotels, and office buildings.
Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Ms. Storts was vice president at Grandbridge Real Estate Capital, where she was involved in all aspects of real estate loan origination, analysis, and closing of debt and equity transactions with various lending sources, including life insurance companies, Wall Street firms, banks, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and proprietary capital. She began her real estate career on the lending side as a mortgage underwriter at Principal Financial Group, where she was responsible for originating, underwriting, closing, and portfolio management of industrial, office, and retail loans in the New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Texas markets.
Ms. Storts earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance from the University of Iowa. She also holds a CCIM designation and is a member of WCREW.
