Dhaval Patel
Managing Director
Dhaval Patel is a managing director of Investment Sales at Walker & Dunlop, based in Jacksonville, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for the origination and execution of investment sales and equity capital raise for multifamily assets in Florida and the surrounding region. Throughout his career, Mr. Patel has assisted in the marketing and disposition of over $6 billion in multifamily assets and land for multifamily development.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Patel served as executive vice president on the Jacksonville Multifamily team at CBRE. Before that, he spent five years at Merrill Lynch in various finance roles, where he implemented the mandatory Sarbanes-Oxley procedures throughout the Finance Department and conducted an audit of the 17-department Operations Center to ensure compliance.
Mr. Patel earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of North Florida and is a Six Sigma project participant.
