Doug Hart is a senior director of GSE Production at Walker & Dunlop, based in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, he is responsible for originating new loans for both multifamily and commercial transactions. Since joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hart has participated in and facilitated the closing of transactions with a value in excess of $2.5 billion.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Hart served as the development coordinator for Douglas Development and successfully facilitated the funding and construction of 15 Low Income Housing Tax Credit Development (LIHTC) projects in Virginia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Previously, Mr. Hart founded Hart Construction, LLC, a New Orleans-based construction company.

Mr. Hart earned his bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
