Drew Garrison is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, Garrison is responsible for sourcing equity and construction debt for clients nationwide across all commercial real estate property types, including multifamily, student housing, industrial, retail, office, self-storage, and seniors housing.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Garrison served as a vice president at NorthMarq Capital, where he sourced debt and equity across multiple asset classes. During his seven years at the firm, he was involved in the placement of more than $600 million in debt and equity transactions.

Garrison earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and a master's degree in business administration from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
