Drew Garrison is a director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, he is responsible for sourcing equity and construction debt for clients nationwide for all property types, including multifamily, student housing, industrial, retail, office, self-storage, and senior housing.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, he served as a vice president at NorthMarq Capital, where he sourced debt and equity for all major product types. During his seven years at NorthMarq, Mr. Garrison was involved in the placement of over $600 million of debt and equity.

Mr. Garrison earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and his master’s degree in business administration from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business.
