Duncan McHale is a senior director of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners | Equity at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for analyzing potential investments, structuring transactions, conducting financial modeling, overseeing due diligence, and evaluating property and portfolio valuations.

Prior to his current role, McHale advanced through several positions within Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners after joining the firm as an analyst in 2016. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, he served as an investment analyst at Perennial Capital Advisors, a Boston-based real estate fund of funds focused on opportunistic and value-add debt and equity strategies globally.

McHale earned a bachelor’s degree in commerce, organizations, and entrepreneurship from Brown University.
