Dustin Oler is a director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, he is responsible for structuring and sourcing financing solutions across a range of commercial real estate asset classes, working with borrowers, lenders, and institutional partners to execute complex capital markets transactions.

Prior to his current role, Oler held multiple positions at Walker & Dunlop supporting capital markets execution and client advisory across debt placement, capital structuring, and transaction management.

Oler earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
