Edward Jenkins is a senior director of Affordable Housing | Equity at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Park City, Utah. In this role, Jenkins is responsible for developing and managing investor relations strategies across the firm’s affordable equity platform, including multifund strategy, technology initiatives, analytics, and internal and external information flow processes.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Jenkins served at Ares Management, where he focused on industrial development analytics. Earlier in his career, he held analytical and investment roles supporting commercial real estate investment and capital markets activities.

Jenkins earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in finance from the University of Colorado.
