Ellen Levy has been a member of our Board since March 2019 and serves as both the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and as a member of the Compensation Committee. Dr. Levy is the Founding Managing Director of Silicon Valley Connect, LLC, a management consulting company that draws on her nearly 30 years of experience working within the Silicon Valley ecosystem as an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, technology strategy leader and angel investor. From 2008 to April 2012, Dr. Levy served in various roles at LinkedIn Corporation, a professional social networking internet service, including as its first head of Corporate Development and Strategy to her role as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives from March 2010 to April 2012 during which time she, among other things, managed the overall Microsoft relationship and developed the company’s international strategy. Dr. Levy is currently a member of the Board of Directors of CAIS, a privately held fintech platform for alternative asset investing.  From 2021-2024 Dr. Levy served as a member of the Board of Learn CW Investment Corporation, a blank check company now publicly traded (Nasdaq: INV). From 2021 to 2023, Dr. Levy served as a member of the Board of Healthwell Acquisition Corp. I, a special acquisition company. From 2015 to 2020, Dr. Levy served as a member of the Board of Directors of Instructure, Inc., a publicly traded educational technology company. Dr. Levy received her Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan and a Masters and Doctorate in Cognitive Psychology from Stanford University.  In 2024, Dr. Levy was an NACD Directorship 100 Award Honoree – a recognition by the National Association of Corporate Directors meant to spotlight “the most influential directors and governance trailblazers who set the standard for excellence, integrity, and leadership – both in the boardroom and beyond."
