Eric Khoa is a managing director of Affordable Housing | Debt at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Dallas, Texas. In this role, Khoa is responsible for expanding the firm’s affordable housing financing platform across all capital sources, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and private capital providers. He has more than 20 years of multifamily lending and underwriting experience with expertise in affordable housing finance.

Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Khoa served as a director at Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital, where he originated, analyzed, and closed multifamily loan transactions nationwide. Before that, he served as a senior commercial mortgage analyst at Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital, specializing in affordable housing and manufactured housing underwriting across government-sponsored enterprise, CMBS, and portfolio executions. Earlier in his career, he worked as an investment analyst at Freddie Mac underwriting multifamily loans and presenting transactions to credit committees.

Khoa earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Diego and a master’s degree in finance from San Diego State University.
