George Ferrer is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Miami, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for multifamily loan originations nationwide. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has been involved in the origination of more than $12 billion in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing.
Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Ferrer worked in advisory services within public accounting, where he participated in engagements related to business valuation, litigation support, and investment advisory and M&A due diligence.
Ferrer earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Florida International University. He has passed Level II of the CFA exam and Level I of the CAIA exam.
