George Fleming is an associate director of Capital Markets | Real Estate Finance at Walker & Dunlop and is based in Denver, Colorado. In this role, he is responsible for nationwide multifamily loan originations and specializes in financing through Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and Walker & Dunlop’s proprietary bridge lending platform. Throughout his career, he has participated in the financing of more than $3 billion in multifamily mortgages representing more than 20,000 units nationwide across market-rate, affordable, student, seniors, and manufactured housing properties.

Prior to his current role, Fleming served as a loan officer within the firm’s real estate finance platform. Before that, he held multiple roles within Walker & Dunlop’s GSE underwriting group, where he underwrote and structured multifamily financing transactions and developed expertise in Agency lending and credit analysis.

Fleming earned a bachelor’s degree in management and finance from Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business.
